1. Scope
This policy applies to marketplace license requests, packaged services on p4pnetwork.com, and custom development agreements initiated through P4P Network. Separate signed enterprise contracts may override these terms.
2. Digital products & licenses
For downloadable or license-key products:
- Full refund within 14 days if the product was not downloaded, activated, or deployed.
- Partial refund may apply if a critical defect is reported within 30 days and we cannot remediate within a reasonable window.
- No refund after successful deployment to production or transfer of repository access.
3. Custom project deposits
Discovery or kickoff deposits secure calendar and team allocation. If you cancel before we begin billable work, the deposit is fully refundable. Once discovery workshops, wireframes, or code production starts, the deposit applies to the project balance and is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email us via the Contact page with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Include project or SKU reference for marketplace items.
- We may request logs or access to verify deployment status.
- Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution.
- EU consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (domains, hosting, app store accounts, stock assets), rush fees after work has started, and completed milestone deliverables already accepted in writing are not refundable.
